Spectrum stocks a long list of regular grain & pulse items in multiple formats, as well as ancient grains.

Many industrial SE Asia industrial bakeries use our cooked wholegrain multigrain blends as well as our proprietary/trademarked “Anthograin” wheat and “purpleberry blend” of purple wheat and purple corn. Also of note are the concentrated oat fibers for food fiber fortification and other functional benefits.

The common factor for all Spectrum processed grains & pulses is emphasis on quality, nutrition, and focus on the most secure way of shipment, storage, and end delivery. All such Spectrum ingredients are kept in chiller storage and almost always available as organic or conventional.
